    Stay strong and pain-free with The Way’s Online Continuation of Care. Just because your pain is gone doesn’t mean your injury is fully healed—true recovery requires rebuilding strength, mobility, and resilience to prevent setbacks. Our structured, progressive approach keeps you moving forward with personalized exercise progressions, direct access to your PT, and on-demand resources. Whether you're recovering, maintaining progress, or pushing performance, we provide the tools and support you need to stay ahead of injuries and keep training at your best.

  1. Your physical therapy journey will start with a thorough evaluation in which the Physical Therapist will examine your symptoms and determine a root cause.

  2. Following the initial evaluation, the physical therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan. The treatment plan can range in duration from days to months. The frequency of treatment sessions will ween as symptoms and your functionality improve (for example, you may start with weekly PT sessions that reduce to every 2-4 weeks).

  3. You have the opportunity to take advantage of our online programming to help take your movement, strength, and function to the next level.

Note: All of physical therapy sessions are 1:1 with your physical therapist to ensure quality care and attention.
